By accessing or using Pulse, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a clinic or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Pulse is a clinic booking and management platform that enables:

• Doctors to create and manage their clinic profiles, schedules, sessions, and patient queues.
• Patients to discover clinics, book appointments, and track their queue position in real time.
• Clinic assistants to manage bookings and support clinic operations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or other systems.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without our written permission.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are owned by KLabs, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any information provided through the Services is accurate or complete.
• The Services will meet your specific requirements.

Pulse is a scheduling and management tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KLabs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
